Hypnotherapy Certification Program Terms & Conditions

1. Commitment & Registration
- By registering, you are committing to the full 220-Hour Hypnotherapy Certification & The Process Method training program.
- Your place in the program is confirmed once payment has been received.
2. Payment & Refunds
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Registration and certification are contingent on full payment being made through Stripe or Affirm.
- Once payment is processed, you’ll receive access to training materials and live sessions.
3. Certification
- Upon successful completion of the training, you will be recognized as a Hypnotherapist.
- Graduates become eligible for membership with the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT) and will be registered as Certified Members.
- Certification requires full completion of all training hours and program requirements. Certificates cannot be issued for partial attendance.
4. Attendance & Conduct
- You are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions. If you miss one, it’s your responsibility to review the recording and catch up on the material.
- Respectful and professional conduct is required at all times.
- Confidentiality must be maintained during peer practice sessions.
- The trainer reserves the right to remove any participant for unethical or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Transfers & Deferrals
- Enrollment cannot be transferred or deferred to a future cohort unless explicitly approved in writing.
- Any transfer is at the trainer’s discretion and subject to availability.
6. Program Updates
- The trainer may adjust or update elements of the program, schedule, or curriculum as needed to ensure the best learning and educational experience.
7. Student Responsibility
- You are responsible for completing all coursework, practice sessions, and self-study in order to meet certification requirements.
- Certification is awarded upon full completion of the program requirements, including required training hours, practice work, assessments, all outlined in the course.
8. Technology & Recording
- Please ensure you have reliable internet, audio, and video access for online participation.
- Training sessions may be recorded, and by registering you consent to being recorded for educational purposes.
- Recordings and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared outside the program.
9. Communication & Support
- Guidance and support will be provided during training hours, mentorship sessions, and through designated communication channels.
10. Responsibility After Certification
- This training provides professional certification in Hypnotherapy and The Process Method.
- You are expected to apply these methods responsibly and in alignment with the scope standards of the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT).
- The trainer and school are not responsible for individual outcomes once graduates begin their own practice.
11. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, handouts, and recordings remain the intellectual property of the trainer and The Process™ Hypnosis.
- Materials may be used for your own study and client work but may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
12. Force Majeure
- In the event of circumstances beyond the trainer’s control (such as illness, emergencies, or technical issues), training sessions may be rescheduled.
- Such rescheduling does not constitute grounds for a refund.
